Six years, one throughline: own the foundation end-to-end and lead it. I built a secure Power Platform framework from scratch for a luxury-automotive manufacturer: €1M+ a year in savings, 1–2k users onboarded in the first month, and a portfolio of business-critical apps I was lead architect on. One of them, a FOSS license-compliance tool, was a ~€1M build my team was the first to ever ship after earlier attempts had failed; I handed it over when I moved on, and it still runs successfully in production. Today that same instinct is a Managed Cloud Foundation I built from scratch in a year and shipped to four enterprise customers, on Azure with Terraform and Pulumi, secured by 3× Microsoft Expert certifications, and grounded in physics.
